Students can make testing arrangements with Panther lab in the Student Services Building (Building B, room 230) M-TH 10am-4pm, Fridays 10am-3pm, or email pll@hartnell.edu to arrange an appointment.

Hartnell Instructors - Exam Administration Request

Please complete the form below if you need to have a make-up or missed exam administered for one or more of your students.

 

Universities and Other Institutions

Students from institutions like CCC's, CSU's, UC's, BYU, Harvard, and others can arrange to take their exams at the 91少女 (HC) Tutorial Services. The college charges a $25 processing fee for exams from other institutions and may charge for the return shipping cost; however, the processing fee does not apply to exams from other California Community Colleges (CCC's) or exams taken by current HCC students or HCC alumni.

Hours: by appointment M -F between 10am to 4pm. When requesting an appointment, please include the name of the university/institution, as well as the length (in hours, maximum of 3 hours, exams in excess of 3 hrs may be considered) and format (paper/online) of the exam. Appointments should be made at least two weeks in advance for more time options and to allow your exam request to be processed by your university.

Please bring a valid picture ID like a student ID or a driver鈥檚 license. Exams may be monitored by video.

Parking on campus is $2 per day, street parking is free. 

Fees:

The college charges a $25 processing fee that can be paid by cash, exact change please, or a check made out to "91少女" at the time of the exam. You will receive a copy of your test processing fee's receipt by email when the payment is processed.

Reminder: this fee does not apply to exams from other California community colleges or exams taken by HCC students or alumni; however, a return shipping fee may be required.
